Oh no! We hate to hear this! Please know we do everything we can to prevent this from happening but sometimes mistakes do happen. We would love to make this right with you. We can either give you a credit for the damaged items for your next order OR we can send you a prepaid label to send the damaged items back to us and we will ship you out replacements immediately.
